The Angels serve as intermediaries between Zen-Oh and the lower gods, ensuring his commands are carried out without question. Even the Grand Priest, who manages the day-to-day operations of the cosmos, cannot override the Omni-King's decisions.

He resides within a palace that transcends conventional space and time, attended by two Kaioshin who assist with his whims. Originally eighteen universes existed under his dominion, each governed by a Supreme Kai and an Angel attendant. However, Zen-Oh possesses the absolute power to erase any universe instantly if he finds it boring or displeasing. This terrifying capability led to the Tournament of Power, where warriors fought for survival. Six universes were erased during this event, leaving twelve remaining under his watchful eye. Despite his childish demeanor and love for sweets, Zen-Oh does not comprehend human morality. His decisions are final and cannot be appealed by the Grand Priest or any deity below him.
